Story
Sanjay (Naga Shourya) is junior to Anupama( Malavika Nair) and soon they fell in love and start living together, but things are not smooth as it seems, as time progress, problems arise in their relationship due to distinctive thought process, finally, they decided to end up their relationship and find new one. Finally, will both reunite in forms rest of the story?

Movie Verdict
The best and most unique thing about Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi is the film doesn’t look like a film at all from beginning to end. The film starts off slowly with the key characters’ introduction and the plot is set up neatly without wasting much time. The first half went so beautifully by showing Sanjay and Anupama’s different stages of their lives as it showcase the seven stages of their relationship from the age of 18 to 28.
The pace dips here and there in the second half but the characters and story can relate to everyone. The story has a novelty and we can see the new side of love, and it looks like a boy meets girl love story but it’s not like any other film and regular love story. How Sanjay and Anupama take their relationship forward is showcased in seven chapters which is the unique thing about the film. Despite the pace of the screenplay, the realistic characters, makes us glued to our seats and give us a satisfactory feeling while coming out of the theater.
Naga Shourya as Sanjay has done a fair job though it’s not a challenging role although he looks believable in Sanjay’s Character, and Malavika Nair as Anupama is brilliant and the rest of the cast did their best as per the story requirements.
Srinivas Avasarala is one of the most underrated directors in Telugu, he is best knowns as an actor but he is yet to be known as the best director. He made this film as real as possible and he introduced a new genre called ‘Mumblecore’ where actors perform so naturally. Srinivas Avasaral succeeded in engaging the audience.
Technically, Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi looks good, Sunil Kumar Nama captures the film with beautiful locations in the UK, Kalyani Malik always gave unique music, and the rest of the technical team did the best.
Overall, Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi is a well-made love story with novelty.
