Kabzaa Review: As we all know what kinds of films have been made in Sandalwood, after the phenomenal success of KGF, they have been making films with whooping budgets. The film called Kabzaa has been in the headlines ever since releasing the teaser and the expectations got twofold once the trailer was released. Well, carrying with humongous expectations the film has finally been released, and without any delay, let’s get into the in-depth review and find out whether the film is worth watching or not.
Story
Kabzaa depicts the story of Arakeshwara (Upendra) works as an air force officer, and due to unforeseen situations, he enters the underworld and within no time he becomes the king of the underworld. Finally, what made him become a gangster? and how Arkeshwara deals with his rivals is forms the rest of the story.

Movie Verdict
If you don’t think what the story of Kabzaa while watching, then Kabzaa gives you the best theatrical experience with its premise, stunning visuals, and background score. The first half went with the KGF template-based screenplay, right from the narrative to the tone of the film. Though Kabzaa looks like a copy of KGF, it has a good plot, and the makers have blended the plot quite well in the film.
The second half too follows the same KGF template, as I said earlier, Kabzaa makes you glued to the seats from the beginning to end if you forget the story, otherwise, you may get disappointed. The film’s core point is refreshing and there are solid elevations, melodrama, and a fair dose of emotions too but all that reminds us is KGF. Despite all these, Kabzaa has a big plus point that two sandalwood superstars Upendra and Kicha Sudeep shared the screen space, and it’s a visual treat for fans and moviegoers. Shiva Rajkumar’s screen time is very less, but he leaves his mark with his swag.
Upendra is brilliant as always in the role of Arkeshwara, the character has many layers and he pulled it off effortlessly. Kicha Sudeep as Bhargava Bhakshi impresses with his swag as always and Shiva Rajkuamar did justice to his role, Shriya Saran as Madhu Mathi does a fair job and the rest of the cast did their best as per the story requires.
R Chandru came with a routine subject, though his narration and storytelling reflect the KGF, although he brought the drama within this commercial format appreciably, though the story is routine and it reminds KGF, he succeeded in engaging the audience from start to end.
Technically, Kabzaa is top-notch as we can say Kabzaa is one of the most expensive films in Indian cinema. AJ Shetty’s visuals are stunning, he makes us part with the tone of the film, and Ravi Basrur has done a phenomenal job by providing a brilliant background score and the rest of the technical team did their best.
Overall, Kabzaa is well made commercial entertainer and it can watchable for a few sections of audiences.
