The Telangana government extended the Covid-related restrictions in the state for 10 more days till 20 June amid a decline in the number of coronavirus cases in many parts of the state.
తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కే. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావు అధ్యక్షతన రాష్ట్ర కేబినెట్ సమావేశం జరిగింది. లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను మరో పది రోజుల పాటు పొడిగించింది. అలాగే సడలింపుల విషయాలో కూడా కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఉదయం 6 నుంచి సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల వరకు సడలింపు ఇస్తూ, 5 నుంచి 6 గంటల వరకు ఉద్యోగులు, ఇతరులు తమ తమ ఇళ్లకు చేరుకునేందుకు వెసులుబాటు కల్పించింది ప్రభుత్వం. అలాగే సాయంత్రం 6 గంటల నుంచి మరుసటి రోజు ఉదయం 6 గంటల వరకు లాక్ డౌన్ కొనసాగుతుందని ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించింది. ఇక కరోనావైరస్ నియంత్రణకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్యలు అదేవిధంగా.. లాక్‌డౌన్‌ను మరింత సడలించే దిశగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం అడుగులు వేసింది. జనం రాకపోకలకు సమయాన్ని మరింత పెంచింది.
The state government said that the night curfew, from 6 pm to 6 am, will continue. It also said that strict Covid-19 curbs will be imposed from 6 pm to 6 am daily. The Telangana cabinet has decided to give relaxation between 6 am to 5 pm during the lockdown and also granted an additional one hour, till 6 pm, for people to reach home from their offices.
The cabinet instructed the police to enforce the lockdown rules strictly from 6 PM till 6 AM next day, it said. Presently the lockdown is being relaxed every day from 6 AM to 1 PM and a grace period of one hour, up to 2 PM, for the people to reach homes.
